Terms and Conditions
PURCHASE AGREEMENT
This Agreement contains the complete terms and conditions that apply to the purchase of the products described on this site. As used in this Agreement "CEPL" means Connoiseur Electronics Private Limited Company, "PRODUCT(S)" means the product(s) described on this site and listed on the order form, and "BUYER" means the person ordering the PRODUCT(S). These terms and conditions are applicable for PRODUCT(S) you purchase today through this site (eShop), and may be different from the terms and conditions of purchase for other product(s) you purchase from CEPL through other websites-therefore, please carefully review these terms and conditions before purchase.
Superseding Effect
These terms and conditions apply to all CEPL business transactions conducted via this eShop. To the extent these terms and conditions of sale differ from those outlined in other agreements with CEPL, including distributor agreements, these terms and conditions shall control.
Purchases on the eShop
Purchases on the online store may be made by credit card or Debit card only, and only via online entry. The eShop does not currently support EDI or system-to-system transactions. Terms of payment are governed by the customer's agreement with the applicable credit card issuer.
Products Available
PRODUCT(S) may be added or removed from the eShop at any time without advance notice. The offer of PRODUCT(S) for online sale in no way commits CEPL to continue to offer the same item(s) or format for sale in the future.
Products for Buyer Use or Consumption Only
This eShop provides a BUYER with convenient on-line access to small quantities of a variety of PRODUCTS. It is intended that BUYER is purchasing PRODUCT(S) for its own evaluation, use or consumption only. BUYER may not resell, distribute or transfer as part of commercial activity the PRODUCT(S) purchased on shop CEPL to any third party. The PRODUCT(S) offered through shop CEPL.com are intended for sale and use in India only.
CEPL eShop Right To Limit Quantities Or Decline Sale
CEPL reserves the right to limit sale or quantities of PRODUCT(S) available through the eShop. CEPL reserves the right to exercise its discretion to decline sale of any PRODUCT(S), to a prospective purchaser. If CEPL rejects the order, then CEPL will notify the BUYER the order has been rejected.
Sales Tax
Because CEPL does business across the entire India, we are required to collect/levy sales tax based on the purchase/delivery address as per prevailing Tax rates. octrai is also collectable wherever prescribed as per tax rules.
Transportation Policy
PRODUCT(S) may be ordered from and for use in anywhere in India. PRODUCT(S) purchased on the eShop will be delivered via Hand delivery, Courier or ground freight. Orders will have a standard charge added to them, depending on the total price of PRODUCT(S) ordered and the place to which the products are shipped.
Privacy
CEPL will use the personal information a BUYER submits to process the order and serve the BUYER better. For more information on how CEPL may use a BUYER's personal information, see the privacy policy.
Over/under Shipping policy
For make to order/custom size items,it is CEPL’s policy to consider an order complete if CEPL ships a quantity that is within 10% of the original quantity ordered.
Return of Merchandise:
1. In order to determine allowable return good eligibility, the timing of the eligibility is calculated between the CEPL Ship Date and the Return Date. CEPL Ship Date is the date the PRODUCT(S) shipped from CEPL to the customer. Return Date is the date the PRODUCT(S) is physically received by CEPL or a CEPL authorized agency.

4. Only PRODUCT(S) in original containers and in saleable condition, will be considered for return. CEPL reserves the right to judge salability.
5. PRODUCT(S) received in unsaleable condition, in CEPL 's sole determination, will be destroyed with no credit issued.
6. Postage paid labels will be supplied for Authorized returns where CEPL is responsible paying freight costs.
7. Credit will be issued by the CEPL CSR upon CEPL 's receipt of authorized goods being returned in salable condition. A credit will be issued based on invoice value at the time of purchase, net of and terms allowed.

Product Use
Many factors beyond CEPL 's control can affect the use and performance of a PRODUCT(S) in a particular application, including the conditions under which the product is used and the time and environmental conditions under which the PRODUCT(S) is expected to perform. Since these factors are uniquely within the BUYER's knowledge and control, it is essential that the BUYER evaluate the PRODUCT(S) to determine whether it is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for the BUYER's method of application.
Warranty and Limited Remedy
The PRODUCT(S) will meet CEPL‘s or the manufacturer's specifications for PRODUCT(S) at the time of shipment. CEPL MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If a PRODUCT(S) is defective, BUYER's exclusive remedy and CEPL’s sole obligation shall be, at CEPL’s option, to replace the PRODUCT(S) or refund the purchase price.
Limitation of Liability
CEPL will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the PRODUCT(S), whether direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential, regardless of the legal theory asserted, including warranty, contract, negligence or strict liability. Controlling Laws This Agreement will be construed and interpreted in accordance with the Indian laws. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, Karnataka.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties relating to the subject matter of the Agreement and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral and all other communications between the parties relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
Modification of Agreement
This Agreement may not be changed except by a written agreement signed by an authorized officer of CEPL.
Acceptance of Agreement by BUYER
BUYER accepts the terms and conditions of this Agreement by clicking the "I Accept" option during the checkout process.
